Associations Updates

June 7th, 2008 was our Annual Home Owners Association Meeting.  Thank you all who attended. We had 50+ homeowners and many new faces!  We continue to encourage everyone to attend so that you can become familiar with your neighbors, new and old, and catch up on the happenings in Kinzel Springs.  We also like to hear your questions or comments.  Thanks for making our 2008 HOA Meeting a great success!

Thank you to Hazel Teague for taking this absolutely gorgeous picture of the newly constructed Whitley home during one of our few and far between snow showers.  The Whitley home was built by Thomas Enos of Woodland Homes and is quite magnificent!   I thought we could all use a good look at this picture to cool us off some from this HOT summer we seem to be having. Congratulations to the Whitley's...we now hope that your dream has come true!

FOR ADOPTION

This lovely pooch named Freckles needs a loving home.  Freckles and her two friends were found abandoned, running through the local area.  Thanks to caring homeowners in Kinzel Springs, Freckles two friends were adopted and all of them were spade and neutered.  Freckles still needs a loving home though.  Hazel Teague has been taking Freckles to obedience classes and has been taking excellent care of this darling and loveable pooch.  If you or someone you know is interested, please write an e-mail to info@kinzelsprings.com and we will put you in contact with Hazel Teague.  Please help this poor abandoned animal find a great and loving home where she can live out the rest of her days.

September 26th -27th is the date for the 16th Annual Heritage Festival and Old Timers Day.  The office staff will be there serving food for a charitable cause!  Come enjoy the bluegrass music, clogging, good food, crafts, and plenty of things for the children.
